Packet intake
Your New York packet intake is stored in your browser session, not in a LienPilot customer account, for up to two hours while you complete checkout. It is used to generate the report in that same browser after payment verification. Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information or uploading documents; this product does not accept uploads.
Payments and receipt delivery
Payment is handled by the platform-hosted checkout. Once payment is verified, the checkout email may be used to send a transactional receipt and access instructions. LienPilot does not add a third-party email provider for this service.
Support requests
If you send a support request, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide so we can respond to the technical request. Do not submit sensitive tenant documents or information you do not need to share.
